Impulso ECOTEC and women’s business leadership
Within this framework, and as part of the activities marking our 20 years as an institution, Impulso ECOTEC hosted the talk “Women’s Business Leadership,” given by Caterina Costa de García. During the session, the speaker shared reflections and key tools for facing the challenges of today’s environment, highlighting the importance of self-awareness, strengthening soft skills, continuous training and teamwork to build a purpose-driven professional vision.
Ana María Gallardo and ties with the productive sector
Along the same lines of connecting with the real world, our Samborondón campus welcomed Ana María Gallardo, Vice Prefect of Guayas and an accredited Impulso ECOTEC mentor, for a notable lecture aimed at students in the International Business, Logistics and International Relations programs. The session addressed the importance of understanding the map of cooperation partners and the dynamics of the productive sector in order to drive ventures with national and international reach.
On this point, our mentor stressed: “Through academia, professionals are trained with the skills and knowledge the business sector needs today. This collaboration creates a synergy in which students are not only participants, but also put their development into practice within companies.”
These events reaffirm Impulso ECOTEC‘s commitment as a platform that links real challenges with sustainable solutions, directly impacting key sectors such as MSMEs, agriculture, tourism and infrastructure.
