Overview

Study Modalities

Ecotec’s academic offer is structured around three complementary modalities, each with its own time organization. Start periods have been designed to offer multiple entry points throughout the year and to support continuous study without long interruptions.

In-Person

Classes held on campus with structured schedules. Organized into workshops, intensives, semesters, and trimesters throughout the year.

Online

Fully virtual modality. Undergraduate Programs are organized into six consecutive bi-monthly terms; Graduate Programs follow monthly cohort starts.

Hybrid

A combination of in-person sessions and online work. Available for graduate programs through periodic cohorts.

First Modality

In-Person Undergraduate Programs

In-person undergraduate programs begin in 2026 with eleven academic periods distributed throughout the year, including practical workshops, in-depth intensives, regular semesters, and specialized trimesters. This variety of formats allows both new and continuing students to join the academic offer at different points during the year.
