ECOTEC University created a unique opportunity to connect its community with one of its most important projects: the new Building A on the Samborondón campus.
Through the “ECOTEC Thru the Future” activation, authorities, administrators and student representatives took part in a tour of the construction site, getting an up-close look at the spaces that will be part of the future academic experience.
Touring the construction of the new ECOTEC building
Wearing hard hats, attendees began the tour while images and live footage were projected in parallel to complement the experience. Each floor revealed details of the design, from classrooms to collaborative areas and student services.
Along the way, key aspects of the project were shared, such as its focus on sustainability and its impact on university life. The activity made it possible not only to see the infrastructure, but also to imagine how these spaces will be used day to day.
One of the most meaningful moments was the attendees’ participation in a symbolic gesture, leaving messages about the building’s future as part of an institutional record.
The day ended with a group photo and time for participants to mingle, rounding out an experience that brought the university community closer to ECOTEC‘s growth and future.
Initiatives like this reflect a vision of education connected to the future, in which infrastructure also plays a strategic role in preparing professionals. Through its Global Employability campaign, the university fosters environments that encourage innovation, collaboration and the development of skills aligned with the demands of the job market.
In this way, ECOTEC continues to invite its community to look beyond traditional borders, exploring new opportunities and building a professional path with global reach.
