Designs and implements actions to strengthen organizational values, integrating ethical principles and individual work experiences.

Evaluates the eco-environmental impact of personal and organizational actions, promoting good practices and collaborative work.

Plans training, recruitment and selection, compensation administration, and workplace well-being processes, contributing to the development of people and the organization.
