To execute processes of analysis and interpretation of information in diverse contexts, to promote the evaluation of data to issue well-founded judgments, to maintain a reflective and respectful approach toward different perspectives in order to provide effective solutions to complex problems.

To effectively lead work teams, to assume commitments that contribute to the improvement and development of an organization, to promote collaborative leadership to strengthen cohesion and the achievement of common objectives, to maintain an ethical and responsible attitude in joint decision-making for conflict resolution.

To generate original ideas in diverse contexts, to promote the association of concepts and the identification of relationships between factors to address challenges in an innovative way, to maintain an open and flexible attitude toward change with a critical approach in the implementation of original and creative solutions.

To develop a logical and structured sequence of research processes in an autonomous and creative manner, to generate new knowledge and to apply and strengthen existing knowledge, to collect and analyze data clearly and coherently, to maintain a critical and ethical approach at all stages of the research process.

To manage qualitative and quantitative data from audiences, platforms, and markets, to use digital analytics to design content, distribution, and monetization strategies oriented toward results, to maintain criteria of ethics, inclusion, and transparency.

To create multiplatform narrative content under technical standards, to ensure accessibility and respect intellectual property, to build coherent, inclusive, and responsible transmedia experiences.

To formulate comprehensive communication, branding, and relationship plans to strengthen reputation and trust with diverse audiences, to act in an honest and respectful manner.

To design products, services, and business models based on digital content to achieve viability, to measure and scale with criteria of solidarity and sustainability.
