Execute processes of analysis and interpretation of information in diverse contexts, promote the assessment of data to issue well-founded judgments, and maintain a reflective and respectful approach toward different perspectives in order to contribute effective solutions to complex problems.

Effectively lead work teams, assume commitments that contribute to the improvement and development of an organization, promote collaborative leadership to strengthen cohesion and the achievement of common objectives, and maintain an ethical and responsible attitude in joint decision-making for conflict resolution.

Generate original ideas in diverse contexts, promote the association of concepts and the identification of relationships among factors to address challenges in an innovative way, and maintain an open and flexible attitude toward change with a critical approach to implementing original and creative solutions.

Develop a logical sequence and structure research processes autonomously and creatively for the generation of new knowledge and the application and strengthening of existing knowledge; collect and analyze data clearly and coherently, maintaining a critical and ethical approach at all stages of the research process.

Critically evaluate organizational communication and media contexts, interpret relevant data and trends with an ethical, responsible, and truth-oriented attitude, and propose effective strategies that respond to the needs of organizations and their audiences in a changing environment.

Implement crisis communication plans, anticipate scenarios, and apply adaptable and ethical strategies to minimize negative impact, protect the organization’s reputation, and maintain stakeholders’ trust.

Develop communication content that is original and innovative, demonstrating responsibility, professionalism, and respect for ethical values in order to address organizational communication needs and create meaningful impact on audiences through different formats and interactive media.

Design comprehensive communication strategies aligned with organizational objectives and supported by impact metrics, demonstrating leadership, professional ethics, and commitment to message consistency in order to strengthen institutional reputation and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
