Perform processes of analysis and interpretation of information in diverse contexts, promote the evaluation of data to make well-founded judgments, and maintain a reflective and respectful approach toward different viewpoints with the purpose of providing effective solutions to complex problems.
Effectively lead work teams, assume commitments that contribute to the improvement and development of an organization, and promote collaborative leadership to strengthen cohesion and achieve common goals, with an ethical and responsible attitude in joint decision-making for conflict resolution.
Generate original ideas in diverse contexts, encourage the association of concepts and the identification of relationships among factors to address challenges in an innovative way, and maintain an open and flexible attitude toward change with a critical focus on the implementation of original and creative solutions.

Employ the different sources of law in a self-reflective manner, assume a commitment to continuous research, and be willing to critically analyze legal systems guided by values such as honesty, respect for the rule of law, and social responsibility, ensuring that legal interpretations reflect principles of justice and transparency.
Prepare clear, persuasive, and technically sound arguments, both orally and in writing, demonstrating confidence when presenting arguments, empathy, and proactivity grounded in leadership, justice, liberty, and respect to formulate alternatives for various legal situations at a national and international level.
Design effective strategies based on the legal framework for the resolution of legal problems, being capable of establishing legal and social consequences with resilience and multidisciplinary teamwork to strengthen humanism, integrity, and social and/or environmental responsibility.
Apply digital tools and technological platforms to simplify advisory and litigation activities, and demonstrate a willingness to learn new tools and adapt to technological changes guided by ethics, innovation, and integrity.
