Color copy of the National ID card (cédula) or passport with visa for international students.

Color copy of the voting certificate from the most recent elections or referendum.

Two recent, color, passport-size photos.

Have passed the University’s leveling (foundation) course.

Graduate Profile

Determines, from a theory-to-practice perspective, the anatomical, physiological, and clinical foundations of the nutritional health process.

Implements comprehensive strategies for nutritional assessment, intervention, and prevention, evidence-based and adapted to the needs of different populations.

Develops nutritional assessment and diagnosis processes by applying data analysis to decision-making in clinical and community contexts.

Participates in multidisciplinary teams in the public or private sector, designing programs and projects that strengthen food and nutrition at the national level.
