Color copy of the National ID card (cédula) or passport with visa for international students.
Color copy of the voting certificate from the most recent elections or referendum.
Two recent, color, passport-size photos.
Have passed the University’s leveling (foundation) course.

Performs physical examinations using a comprehensive approach and relevant clinical protocols.
