Develops and manages urban-architectural projects through reviews and approvals, ensuring efficiency in resource management and problem solving during execution. Ensures compliance with established objectives in design and construction contexts, continuously evaluating the effectiveness of implemented solutions and making necessary adjustments to keep the project on track. Promotes a critical, reflective approach oriented toward continuous improvement, acting with responsibility, ethics, and professional commitment at every stage of the process.
Analyzes cultural, social, and environmental factors to support architectural design, ensuring relevance and sustainability. In planning and project development contexts, formulates strategies based on sustainability principles and bioclimatic design to minimize environmental impact and improve design efficiency. Examines environmental and social impact analysis results using simulation and evaluation tools, assessing the effectiveness of adjustments made to optimize sustainability and contextual integration.
