Certified high school diploma / 1 color copy (both sides)
Graduation certificate / 1 color copy
Certificate of conduct / applies to current-year graduates
Personal or employment reference (family references are not accepted)
For Transfer / Credit Recognition Applicants
Request an official transcript of approved courses from your previous university or technical institute.
Visit the faculty you wish to enter and present the transcript to the dean or program coordinator.
