Objective
Train professionals to manage fundamental aspects of an organization, focusing on personnel, as the main productive resource of companies with a humanistic approach based on the procedural and formal aspects of modern theories of human resource management and cognitive and socio-affective competencies.
Learning Outcomes
- Apply ethics and change management tools to impact positively on organizational behavior.
- Apply the current labor norm and determine its use within private and public organizations.
- Develop strategies to enhance employee performance.
- Apply behavior management tools to influence individual and group behavior within the organization.
- Knowledge of the referential framework and processes of organizational diagnosis that allow determine the needs for change in an organization using a proactive approach.
- Evaluates the importance of personal growth as source of competitive advantage, innovation, business growth and development.
- Establish principles and norms that regulate corporate governance within an organization, as well as relationships with customers, suppliers, employees and public institutions.
- Develop strategies to manage human resources in order to achieve the organization’s objectives.
- Analyze the different strategies used for organizational development in accordance with the needs and objectives of the organization.
- Take on projects for organizational development considering all stages of a project: diagnosis, planning, execution, control and monitoring.
