Objective
Train professionals in production management systems and processes. Provide them with skills and knowledge for decision making to support sustainable and efficient production within organizations.

- Apply ethics and change management tools to impact positively on the organization’s behavior.
- Develop operations strategies to good production practices and objectives.
- Use quantitative models to generate information for decision making.
- Manage financial tools to generate information for decision making process regarding organization’s operations.
- Develop sustainable production strategies to support organization’s operations.
- Apply strategic management knowledge and tools for the design and evaluation of operation and safety projects, using research tools.
