Objective
Train professionals so they will be able to respond to conflict resolution regarding criminal law matters by strengthening critical analysis related to the main Criminal Law concepts and methodological framework from the perspective of Ecuadorian society.
Learning Outcomes
- Apply ethics and change management tools to impact positively on organizational behavior.
- Solid knowledge of the Ecuadorian norm and the national legal structure.
- Knowledge of the principles and rules of legal interpretation.
- Evaluate factual situations, arguments, and legal decisions to develop analytical and legal thinking skills.
- Use legal research tools for the analysis and interpretation of judicial decisions and cases.
- Interpret the legal framework and norm in accordance with the principles, and values of criminal and constitutional law.
- Assess critically the legal concepts related to Organized Crime, its operations, percussion at national and international level.
- Evaluate the principles and elements of Economic Criminal Law and criminal types.
- Apply current jurisprudential trends on the principles and main institutions of Criminal Procedure Law for problem solving.
- Integrate knowledge to solve a current legal problem in the field of Criminal Law trough a research project.
