  • Apply change and ethics management tools to influence legal behavior positively.
  • Knowledge of the norm and the legal structure in which the Ecuadorian system operate.
  • Apply the principles and rules of legal interpretation in legal processes.
  • Develop analysis skills and legal reasoning through the evaluation of factual situations, arguments and legal decisions.
  • Use of legal research tools for analysis and interpretation of judicial decisions and cases.
  • Analyze the effects of judicial decisions taking into account Constitutional Law principles.
  • Identify the philosophical evolution of the fundamentals of Law and its relation to Constitutional Law.
  • Analyze the processes that guarantee constitutional supremacy and general regulations alignment with constitutional principles.
  • Apply the procedural techniques of constitutional processes to solve socio-legal problems ensuring constitutional rights protection.
  • Solve constitutional problems through research projects.
  • Establish with an epistemic, intercultural and comprehensive vision, constitutional legal order, using scientific methodological and technological tools for the effective protection of constitutionally recognized rights.
  • Advise with a comprehensive vision of constitutional legal order for the effective protection of constitutionally recognized rights.
  • Provide legal representation in constitutional matters.
  • Provide justice taking into account the proper application of constitutional rights and jurisdictional guarantees.
  • Apply constitutional principles, values, and mechanisms according to the Ecuadorian legal order.
  • Interpret and apply the legal norm in accordance with the values that shape Ecuadorian constitutional legal order.
  • Respond to vulnerable groups issues providing solutions through the proper application of constitutional norms and procedures that guarantee people’s rights.
