Objective
- Train professionals in Tax Law through critical analysis, interpretation, and the application of theories, principles and methodological tools of Tax and Procedural Law. Improve their tax litigation skills emphasizing the most important taxes of the local tax regime.

Recognize, apply, and evaluate Tax Law principles, regulations, and institutions.
Understand and evaluate the legal regime of corporate income tax and value added tax.
Characterize the components, principles and legal foundations of tax and contentious procedures to determine the possible procedural ways to solve conflicts in the tax field.
Know, value and apply the principles and institutions of International Taxation.
