Train professionals in Employment Law with updated information, from a theoretical and practical perspective. Provide them with tools and knowledge to address the complex relationship between law and employment, shaped by the changing needs of business reality and the contemporary economic and political situation.

  • Sound knowledge of the characteristics, operation, nature, budget, and legal restrictions of Individual Employment Law.
  • Knowledge of the norm that regulates employment aspects related to the right to organize for the resolution of collective conflicts.
  • Apply the principles and norms that regulate risk prevention, its consequences, and employees right to social security.
  • Apply the principles of administrative, substantive, and constitutional law for conflict and dispute resolution, taken place in labor interactions and processes between employers and employees.
  • Sign and submit the application form
  • 2 photocopies of your ID, or visa for international students
  • 2 sets of your resume
  • 2 photocopies of your undergraduate diploma
  • 2 photocopies of the Senescyt degree registration
  • English A2 certificate
  • 2 letters of recommendation
  • 2 Passport size photographs
  • 2 photocopies of your CONADIS card in case of disabilities
