Diplomacy MSc

The objective of the program is to train professionals with integrity, who become key players in international relations and serve as strategists in Ecuador’s diplomatic and consular institutions abroad and in the national territory. At the same time they are able to appropriate the knowledge provided, so that they become diplomats with the necessary skills and apt for successful decision making in the application of international law, regional and global conflicts, among other issues of importance to the nation.

• Deepens in aspects and elements of contemporary political and social history, in relation to Diplomacy.
• Knows and explains the essential aspects of the history of diplomatic law in general and its essential particularities.
• Deepens in everything related to the different alliances, organizations, institutions and relationship mechanisms in the context of diplomatic relations.
• It deepens the functioning of the system of government, structuring of the same in the national context and at the global level, on the incidence of the fundamental organizations and the foreign policies that are related.
