What is the study methodology?
The master’s degree programs focus on the development and enhancement of the professional’s competencies through a methodology based on problem-based teaching, collaborative work and research. This methodology promotes critical and analytical thinking, enhances communication skills and fosters the development of a strategic and integral vision of the organization or the environment in which they develop. These aspects identify our master’s students as leaders and agents of change in their organizations, validating the academic quality of our programs.
Admission Process
How does the admission process start?
The Postgraduate Application Process begins with the admission registration, for which the applicant must pay a fee of USD $50 (non-refundable), after which he/she must submit the required documentation, take an online psycho-technical test and finally, attend the interview. The results of the process will be communicated up to fifteen days after the completion of the process, via email.

What are the requirements to qualify for a postgraduate program?
Once the application for admission is completed, the postgraduate applicant must submit two portfolios with the following essential documents in order to begin the evaluation process:
- Presentation of the admission form with the requested information and respective signatures.
- Two color copies of the identity card.
- Two color copies of passport and visa (applies to foreigners, original and copy).
- Updated resume.
- Two color copies of the third level degree.
- Two color copies of the national or foreign degree registered in the Senescyt registry.
- Certificate certifying the level of English according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, level A2.
- Two letters of academic recommendation.
- Two passport-size color photos.
- Two color copies of CONADIS card (in case of having a disability).
- Motivation letter (optional).
Note: All documents must be submitted in two manila folders.
Is it necessary to have a 3rd level degree to qualify for a master's program?
Yes, it is necessary for the applicant to have a 3rd level degree registered with Senescyt in order to qualify for one of the professionalizing master’s degree programs.
Is it necessary to present a certificate of English language knowledge to qualify for a master's degree program?

The master’s degree programs were designed to be taught at our three campuses: Samborondón, Juan Tanca Marengo and Via La Costa.
What is the study duration?
All master’s degree programs have a duration of 12 months.
What are the class schedules for the master's degree programs?
The master’s degree programs have executive schedules:
Campus Samborondón y Vía La Costa
- Monday to Thursday: 18h30 to 21h45
- Friday, Saturday and Sunday: Friday 18h30 to 21h45 – Saturday and Sunday from 08h00 to 13h00.
Campus Guayaquil
- Monday to Thursday: 7:15 pm to 10:30 pm
- Friday, Saturday and Sunday: Friday 19h15 to 22h30 – Saturday and Sunday from 08h00 to 13h00.
