General Objective
Train comprehensive professionals, with the ability to manage physical, psychological, social, environmental and rehabilitation processes of people with disabilities, mastering the epistemological foundations of physiotherapy.
Thanks to problem-based learning, supported by research methods and information technology, future practitioners will be able to solve professional problems, in national and international contexts, promoting accountability, honesty, professionalism and ethics.

Learning Outcomes
- Identify, from a scientific, technological, and epistemic perspective, morphophysiological, psychosocial and epidemiological foundations to develop comprehensive and differentiated plans of care for disabled people and those in need of rehabilitation.
- Apply comprehensive strategies in the field of musculoskeletal, neuromuscular and cardiovascular rehabilitation processes that promote functionality and patient integration into society.
- Formulate physical and mechanical exercise plans for the prevention and treatment of specific problems in the physiotherapeutic field.
- Develop comprehensive rehabilitation actions related to physical, motor, respiratory, learning, orthopedic disorders and injuries, among others.
- Implement management processes in the physiotherapeutic field, from an integral, differentiated and community vision, that favor the integration of disabled people in society.
- Solve problems, applying rehabilitation protocols and scientific and technological tools, in the musculoskeletal, neuromuscular and cardiovascular field regarding people with disabilities.
- Advise the public and private sector and the community in the development and management of physical, psychological, social, environmental and rehabilitation processes for people with disabilities.
- Design rehabilitation projects with a comprehensive and differentiated vision, taking into account physiotechnological, scientific, environmental and community aspects, promoting interdisciplinary work and respect for the diversity and particularity of people with disabilities.
