• Acquire knowledge of the conceptual principles that determine the relationship between natural resources and sustainable management, adapting it to different ecosystems and socio-cultural contexts.
• Understand and apply the principles of conservation and transformation of products of agricultural origin.
• Formulate business plans and manage commercial systems of goods and services within the agricultural sector to make them economically and socially profitable.
