• Manage processes of supply, storage, production, distribution and transportation of products and services, raw materials and supplies in accordance with needs of change and business modernization, achieving process optimization.
• Design methodologies, planning tools and production control related to logistics and transport processes.
• Master theoretical, empirical and statistical methods for decision-making in the business field of logistics and transport processes.
• Develop technological processes for the optimization of logistics and transport processes.
• Employ methods and techniques in processes of loading, packing, packaging and packing of goods taking into account the environmental protection and human safety.
• Employ methods and procedures that favor improvement of logistics and transport for the effective and optimal development of processes while protecting the environment.
